VMS follows a policy of double-blind peer review of all submissions. The author's identity is not known to the reader evaluating the submission, and the identity of the reader is not revealed to the author. The article should include only its title, not the name of its author. Thus the author's full name, mailing address, and e-mail address should appear only in the email. An author should avoid self-identification in the argument or documentation of the article, so please ensure that your identity does not appear in running heads, references, or notes.
