Renovatio Artium: Harvey Miller Studies in the Arts of the Renaissance is a new series of scholarly monographs devoted to European painting, sculpture, architecture, drawing, and printmaking of the fifteenth and sixteenth centuries. Renovatio Artium will allow emerging and established scholars to publish original and outstanding manuscripts in English with high-quality illustrations and within a very reasonable time frame. Each manuscript will be reviewed by Renovatio Artium’s advisory board, and then sent to two anonymous readers for further examination. The editors are also interested in publishing fifteenth- and sixteenth-century art and architecture treatises, in both their original language and translation, with scholarly introductions and thorough annotation.
