Paenitentiale pseudo-Theodori

The Paenitentiale pseudo-Theodori is a substantial handbook of penance which has been largely ignored by current scholars. Since the days of Walther von Hörmann, who in 1908 wrote the first, and last, article about this text, it has generally been accepted to be a penitential of Frankish provenance.
