Introduction

During the 25 years of its existence, Harvey Miller Publishers has established a reputation for the quality and authority of its scholarly monographs and catalogues raisonnés in the field of medieval, Renaissance and Baroque art.

As an imprint of Brepols, Harvey Miller Publishers will remain loyal to its original aims: to publish the fruits of art historical research and connoisseurship for a world-wide audience, and to produce books whose presentation reflects the quality of their content. All publications will be in the English language, and besides the further development of the current series, an important number of new editorial perspectives will be created through a diversification in the scope of the list, chronologically and geographically. A number of exciting new projects are envisaged, including the publication of several major museum catalogues and the inception of the Corpus Vitrearum USA, a ten-part series which will catalogue, state by state, all stained glass panels dating to 1700 in American collections.
