Summary
This was the first pseudo-Aristotelian work to have been published in the Aristoteles Latinus series. It contains two medieval translations, one by Bartholomew, the famous translator working at the court of Palermo (1), and one by Nicholas of Sicily, probably the scholar who helped Robert Grosseteste with his translations of Greek texts (2). The chronological order of both versions, however, is uncertain.
